CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Sugal Mouthpieces Inc. and Gary Sugal USA is committed to 110% customer satisfaction on all new instruments and mouthpieces.

 

SALES:

All sales by Gary Sugal Inc, and Sugal Mouthpieces, Inc. via phone, www.gis.net/~schwartz. website, as well as any eBay auctions are accompanied with a three day trial period, (except custom made saxophone mouthpieces). 

The customer is therefore allowed three days (thirty six hours) from the date the merchandise is received (dates verified through United States Post Office),  United States Post Office  website, or FEDEX tracking numbers to evaluate and test the instrument. 

ASK QUESTIONS:

Unless an item is described as used, it is brand new. Please feel completely free to ask us as many questions as you need and request any additional photographs you wish PRIOR to bidding.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with the quality, condition, or overall playability of the instrument he or she may return the item within three days, for an exchange of full and equal value. The customer will receive 100% credit toward the purchase of any of our other products.  All instruments and mouthpieces have been thoroughly inspected and play tested prior to delivery.

Please understand that the items you have an interest in are or were listed in an auction. We are not a retail store and in fact our instruments are being offered at wholesale and sub-wholesale prices-- we do not have any secrets. If you have any questions whatsoever, please ASK!  If you do not ask a questions we assume you are totally and completely satisfied with the information provided, and that by placing a bid, you certify that you accept our description as complete, accurate, and totally satisfactory to you in each and every regard.

NEED INFORMATION:

If you are unsure about any aspect of our description, request more information PRIOR to placing your bid and we will make every reasonable effort to answer your questions. We do not allow nor offer cash refunds on phone and internet sales. However, we do offer a full credit of the purchase price that may be applied toward an exchange for the same or similar item.. 

By placing a bid, you agree that you have read this entire document and that each and every question of every kind has been fully answered to your complete satisfaction.

All sales are final as is so please bid responsibly. The item you are bidding on or purchasing will be offered on eBay from three to seven full days for all to see and research.

We earnestly try to describe our items to the fullest detail and to the best of our ability. We can only give you our own opinion and have quoted various testimonials from individuals who have actually purchased the same or similar item.

Under eBay terms all auctions sales are final.

eBAY MEMBERS

If you are an eBay member in good standing with two or more positive feedbacks please go-ahead and place your bid with confidence. Kindly note due to the numerous influx of Non-Paying Bidders placing bids on our eBay auctions we require all zero rated eBay bidders adhere to the following as we will NOT accept bids from members with a zero rating feedback or those eBay members who have five or more negative feedbacks without our prior permission. You may email us through eBay to discuss your particular situation prior to placing your bid.

By placing a valid bid you agree that all of your questions have been answered to your complete satisfaction, and that you are fully informed in all regards as to the merchandise being offered and to our specific auction terms.

By placing a valid bid you further agree that you are fully aware of all shipping fees, customs duties, and sales taxes (if applicable), and understand and agree that all of these fees are to be paid by the purchaser, and that through bidding you are aware of the full extent of these fees and charges.

By placing a valid bid on our items, you agree to all of our terms and conditions, and you will adhere and agree to make payment via our specified methods within two days of the end of our auction.

 

 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

PAYMENT

Sugal Mouthpieces Inc. and Gary Sugal will accept payment through  PayPal for amounts over $10.00 We will accept PayPal payments for all instrument sales, unless otherwise indicated.

We also accept Bank Wires and Cashier's Checks or Money Orders (which are subject to clearance by our bank) for all sales. We DONOT accept payment via Western Union

We accept most major credit cards for payments over $10.00, for any eBay transactions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

PAYMENT

All International Transactions must be paid with either an International Money Order, Wire Transfer, Bank Certified Check as well as most major Credit Cards 

The customer will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes, import duties, or fees associated with the shipment. International transactions will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) or through FedEx. (www.fedex.com). All costs for shipping will be prepaid by the buyer and will be paid with either an International Money Order or Bank Certified Check or a valid Credit Card. We also accept Pay Pal. The method of shipment for International Transactions will be solely at the discretion of Sugal Mouthpieces  Inc.

Non USA buyers (for all transactions may pay by Pay pal or by bank wire ONLY. Payment is due in full within two days of the close of the auction, and is due immediately on Buy It Now purchases.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all our instruments via Registered Insured Mail within the continental United States. Outside the United States we use Express Mial  We do NOT ship instruments via UPS or FedEX.  Parcels weighting one to eight pounds are shipped via the United States Post office.  All musical instruments, and mouthpieces are play tested and inspected by Gary Sugal prior to delivery and are shipped in perfect playing condition.

It is understood that any purchase via the Sugal Mouthpieces website or through any eBay auctions operating under eBay user "gary_sugal" (gary.ssugal1@verizon.net)  that the customer has already read and agreed to the terms above.  We ask that all customers take the time to read these terms to ensure there own satisfaction. If the customer does not agree with the terms, we request they should not place a order for our products on the web site or any auction sites we offer our products.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide via United States Express Mail. The buyer pays the actual shipping costs and any customs duties. We do NOT ship instruments domestically via FedEx.. All instruments are shipped via United States Post Office Registered Insured mail or Express Mail. We calculate the actual costs for all winning bids based upon your country code. We will not notate international shipments as "gifts" in order to avoid import customs duties at your end.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is damaged in shipment, you MUST notify us immediately via email or phone.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon arrival. If damage has occurred in shipping, the customer MUST notify Sugal Mouthpieces, Inc. immediately using the phone number provided on the invoice,  or via e-mail so that Sugal Mouthpieces  Inc. may instruct the customer on the steps that need to be taken. All claims of damage will have to be inspected by the shipping company.

Sugal Mouthpieces Inc. fully insures all packages up to or over the replacement value of the merchandise being shipped . Sugal Mouthpieces  Inc. will not exchange or offer a replacement for any item (s) damaged in shipping if the customer has failed to file a claim or has failed to meet any of the above mentioned conditions. The customer MUST retain all cartons and packaging.

The customer will receive 100% credit toward the purchase or exchange of any of our other products. There are no re-stocking fees nor shipping/handling fees deducted. The following exceptions apply:

 a) Damage to the merchandise by the customer's own abuse or misuse.

  b )Accidental damage while merchandise is in customer's possession.

  c) Same or next next day cancellations of phone or internet orders commonly referred to as "buyers remorse" while the product is in either being prepared for shipment or is in  transit resulting in non-acceptance of the delivered item and a potential charge-back for us-- is subject to twenty five percent re-stocking and 3% handling fee.

Any claim that does not meet all criteria mentioned above will not be accepted for a replacement or insurance refund. We cannot accept a return of any instrument with any indication that it has been used or abused in any manner.

All instruments are covered under our LIMITED WARRANTY 

CHARGE-BACKS

We take potential and fraudulent charge-backs very seriously. Should you attempt to charge back your credit card after placing an internet or phone order we will automatically charge you a $150 processing fee plus the 3% charged by most credit card companies along with  maximum amount of damages allowed by law. Furthermore, we will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and report the "fraudulent" chargeback to our bank as well as law enforcement authorities and related financial agencies.

Customers who prematurely issue charge-backs for order cancellation, mis-delivery, non-deliveryy, refund, exchange, or buyers remorse,  etc. without working through us or the delivery carrier, etc. are also liable for charge-back fees.  Failure to reverse a premature chargeback will result in us turning the account over to collection agency including a $150 chargeback fee and applicable collection fees and fines as allowed by law. 

Charge-backs should be the last line of customer protection used in obviously any misunderstanding or fraudulent situations.  Quickly posting a chargeback or threatening to post a chargeback against us for order cancellation, mis-deliver, non-deliveryy, refund, exchange shipping mishaps, etc or situations out of our control - could be a costly decision if used frivolously - and because of our business ethics and customer care programs - should never be necessary. 

Always work with us on issues - the few charge-backs we have had experience with over the past twenty years (less than six in twenty years) have been resolved amicably- we are more than happy to try to resolve any misunderstandings that may arise -- and we try to do this as quickly as  possible!
